Ann Curry

Ann Curry is a photojournalist, journalist and author who has reported on war zones for the past forty-five years. Her work focuses on human suffering as well as disasters. She later became the first news reporter female at the station, at aged of just 22. After that, she moved onto becoming an anchor reporter and anchor for KGW, which is an NBC affiliate station in Portland. After that, she moved into Los Angeles four years later to work as a reporter for KCBS TV. It was during her association with the channel for a period of six years that she received two Emmy Awards.
